How quickly will I receive my inspection report?
Your digital inspection report, including photographs and observations, will be delivered within 24 hours of the inspection. Our inspectors complete their reports on site, allowing us to review and send them as quickly as possible.
Do I need to be present during the inspection?
No. We regularly assist landlords and overseas owners who cannot attend in person. We just need safe access to the property either via a keybox or key provided
Can you arrange repairs if the inspection identifies a problem?
Yes. Checkbox Property Care also provides repair services. If we identify an issue, we can discuss the available options and provide a separate, no obligation quote for any work required.
Can I arrange regular property inspections?
